Return and Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, we are sorry to hear that!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

• For any inquiries about return and exchange, please contact us at support@somethingjewelry.com BEFORE you send any items back. 
• The customer is eligible for an exchange or store credit only:
  1. Return is initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will not be able to refund you full amount if the item is returned without original packaging. 
  3. The item(s) is mailed back within 7 days after the responded inquiry.
  4. Be sure the returned package have a valid tracking number. We will not be able to refund you if the package is lost during transit. 
  5. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping cost when sending back the exchanged item to our office. 
• Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost on returned package. 
• Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. If you receive free shipping on your order, we will deduct $4.95 shipping fee from your store credit. 
• Store Credit will be issued within 7 days after the items have arrived at the warehouse.

• Store Credit will not be expired and could be used anytime. 
• We could only issue store credit for all orders. Refund is not available. 
• Website orders cannot be returned in Something Jewelry local pop-up locations. Any inquires related to online orders must communicate through our Contact Us form. 
• Please be aware that no pricing adjustments will be granted on previously purchased items. 
• In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

* Customized and discounted items are all final sale. No exchange or return. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your name, order number, and pictures of the defective or wrong product. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. All incorrect, damaged and defective items can be accepted within 7 days upon delivery date once approved by Something Jewelry. *Exclude purchases from local vendor. 

Return Shipping

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your for the value of the goods. Something Jewelry is not responsible for the shipping cost or if the return is lost or damage. Please also note we will fully refund an item only if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
