Return and Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We hope you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for you. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

• For any inquiries about return and exchange, please contact us at support@somethingjewelry.com BEFORE you send any items back. 
• The customer is eligible for an exchange or store credit only:
  1. Return is initiated by the customer within 14 days of delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging. We will not be able to refund you full amount if the item is returned without original packaging. 
  3. The item(s) is mailed back within 7 days of return authorization.
  4. The returned package must have a valid tracking number. We will not be able to refund you if the package is lost during transit. 
• Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost on returned package. 
• Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. If you receive free shipping on your order, we will deduct $4.95 shipping fee from your store credit. 
• Store Credit will be issued within 7 days after the items have arrived at the warehouse.

• Store Credit will not be expired and could be used anytime. 
• We could only issue store credit for all orders. Refund is not available. 
• Website orders cannot be returned in Something Jewelry local pop-up locations. Any inquires related to online orders must communicate through our Contact Us form. 
• Please be aware that no pricing adjustments will be granted on previously purchased items. 
• In order to offer you the highest discount possible, all sale items must be final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

* Customized items are all final sale. No exchange or return. 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, and the name of the defective product. We will respond to you as quickly as possible. All damaged and defective items can replaced for a new one within 1 MONTHS upon receipt. *Exclude purchases from local vendor. 

STANDARD WARRANTY 

There is a repair warranty within 30 days from purchased date with the original receipt from somethingjewelry.com. After 30 days, request a repair quote or for more info, please email support@somethingjewelry.com with your order number, concerns and supplemental photos. 

*Warranty does not apply to sales items. 

Please note that the customer will be responsible for all the shipping cost when sending back the damaged item to our office. Something Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping cost related to jewelry repair. Something Jewelry is also not responsible if the package is lost during transit.
